B Concorde takes Sirius
BLUE CONCORDE with the top weight of 58 kgs led the field of 13 at mid-strech to take the 1,400-meter Sirius Stakes(g3) on Sunday. This was the three-straight-victory for him to pick up the 7th victory in 24 starts. MILLION BELL came in second, finishing a 3/4-length behind the winner and 1 1/2-length before third-placed MEINER MORGEN. Hideaki Miyuki was the winning jockey. The winning time was 1 minute 23.9 seconds at Hanshin dirt course.
