Fillies eye for overseas
Excuse, probably one of the main contenders for Sunday's NHK Mile Cup, may run in the July 7 American Oaks(g1) at Hollywood Park, her trainer K.Fujisawa revealed. As reported earlier, Oka Sho(Japanese 1000 Guineas) winner Daiwa Scarlet will go for the American Oaks after the Japanese Oaks, according to her connections.
In the meanwhile, Robe Decollete(USA), fourth placed in the Oka Sho, has been nominated in the first stage of the June 22 Coronation Stakes at Ascot.
