2007 Mile Championship preview

Daiwa Major, last year's winner, attempts to defend his title against 17 rivlas in the Mile Championship(g1) at Kyoto on Sunday. Coming off a disappointing 9th in the Tenno Sho Autumn(g1), the 6-year-old horse could get his top game at his favored distance. Agnes Ark and Company, second and third in the Tenno Sho Autumn, could be the main oppositions to Daiwa Major. The post time for the Mile Championship will be at 3:40 p.m. JST on Sunday.
