Orfevre gets off good start in Kobe

On September 25 at Hanshin Racecourse, Orfevre got off to a good start toward the Kikuka Sho when he gained a 2 1/2-length victory in the grade two Kobe Shimbun Hai.

Orfevre dominated the 3-year-old classic races having won the Satsuki Sho and the Japanese Derby ealier this season. If he wins the Kikuka Sho, he will become the seventh Triple Crown winner.
