Strong Foreign Entrants In Sprinters Stakes
The three foreign entrants in the 16-horse field of the Sprinters Stakes look to be as strong as ever.
Rocket Man(AUS) of Singapore, coming into the grade one Sprinters off victory of the Singapore KrisFlyer International Sprint, has not lost in his last five runs. He can handle the firm ground.
Lucky Nine(IRE) and Green Birdie(NZ), who displayed a good form of run in the Centaur Stakes at Hanshin three week ago, may have another big run.
The top local entry will be Curren Chan. The 4-year-old filly, who has run very well this season with 4 wins in 5 starts, has a chance to get the first grade one title.
