2011 Asahi Hai Futurity S
A total of 16 colts will contest the Asahi Hai Futurity Stakes, the JRA biggest race for 2-year-olds, at Nakayama on Sunday.
Clarente and Dahlonega, who finished first and second, respectively, in the grade two Daily Hai Nisai Stakes at Kyoto in mid-October, could be the major players. Other strong contenders includes Leo Active, winner of the grade two Keio Hai Nisai Stakes, and Alfredo, an undefeated colt in two starts who faces the grade company for the first time.
The post time of the Asahi Hai Futurity Stakes will be at 3:25 p.m. JST on Sunday.
