Two classic hopefuls meet again in Kisaragi Sho

Satono Diamond and Leukerbad will meet again in Sunday's Kisaragi Sho at Kyoto. The last time they met came at the Nov. 8 make debut race. Satono Diamond won that race and followed up with victory in the allowance. On the another hand, Leukerbad finished second in that race before recording a couple of victories. The two colts sired by Deep Impact were sold for more than 200 million jpn yen at 2013 Select Sale.
The grade three Kisaragi Sho for 3yo with 11 nominations will be run on Feb 7 at Kyoto Racecourse.

On the same day, Tokyo Racecourse hosts the grade three Tokyo Shimbun Hai for 4yo+.
14 horses have been nominated to the 1,600-meter turf race.
