Copano Rickey wins Teio Sho in canter

Yutaka Take forced Copano Rickey to grab the lead on the final turn, winning the NAR grade one Teio Sho in a canter on Wednesday night at Ohi racetrack. He won it in 2 minutes 3.50 seconds over 2,000 meters on dirt surface.
A 3 1/2-length behind, Nonkono Yumu came second with another 5-length back Sound True third.
Trained at JRA Ritto by A. Muayama, Copano Rickey is a 6-year-old chestnut horse by Gold Allure out of Copano Nikita, by Timber Country.
