2017 Tokyo Shimbun Hai on Sunday


The grade three Tokyo Shimbun Hai will be run as the main event for Sunday's Tokyo meeting. 

Air Apinel, who got off to a good start in 2017 season with Kyoto Kimpai victory, drew post 7.
Black Spinel, a narrow second in the Kyoto Kimpai behind Air Spinel, drew post 2.
Prodigal Son and Young Man Power drew post 5 and 10 respectively.

Kisaragi Sho
Eight 3-year-old colts assemble for the grade three Kisaragi Sho on Sunday, February 5 at Kyoto.

Satono Arthur, undefeated in two starts with an impressive victory last outing, could be the one to keep an eye on. He drew post 1.
Tagano Asura and Danburite, who attempt to come back from the undesired result in the Asahi Hai Futurity Stakes, drew post 3 and 4 respectively.
