Satono Diamond tops field of Hanshin Daishoten


Satono Diamond makes his seasonal debut as he faces the 9 rivals in the Hanshin Daishoten, a major prep for the Tenno Sho Spring, at Hanshin on Sunday, March19. The Deep Impact colt wrapped up his great season with a couple of grade one victories, the Kikuka Sho(Japnese St.Leger) and Arima Kinen, last year.
The main opponent is likely to be Cheval Grand, who won this event last season.
