Field drawn for 2017 Oka Sho


A field has been drawn for the Oka Sho(Japanese 1000 Guineas) at Hanshin Racecourse on Sunday.

Soul Stirring(4-4-0-0) heads the field of 18 for the first filly classic of the season. She achieved winning all her four races including the grade one Hanshin Juvenile Fillies. In her latest success of the g3 Tulip Sho, she just came down in the closing stage with a burst of speed after taking a good position.

Among others entered to the Oka Sho are:
Admire Miyabi(4-3-1-0), who became a serious contender for this classic when winning the g3 Queen Cup in good fashion; g3 Artemis Stakes winner Lys Gracieux(5-2-2-1) and g3 Fantasy Stakes winner Mi Suerte(3-2-0-0).
