Ange Desir wins JBC Ladies' Classic in photo finish


Ange Desir, dueling with Rabbit Run(USA) throughout the home stretch, won the JBC Ladies' Classic at Kyoto on Sunday. A head behind, Rabbit Run was second with another 1/2-length Fashionista third. Norihiro Yokoyama was aboard the winner to complete the 1,800-meter trip in 1:50.4 on dirt. M. Kon and K. Yasuhara trains and owns, respectively, Ange Desir, who has now won six of his 17 races with more than 191 million jpn yen in career earnings.
Tsuji Farm was the breeder of Ange Desir, a 4-year-old dark bay filly by Deep Impact out of Tickle Pink, by French Deputy.
